About Us
Welcome to the forefront of Non-Traditional Contracting (NTC) expertise, where innovation meets execution. As an industry leader in NTC, McIntosh Technologies Consulting brings a wealth of experience in navigating the dynamic landscape of government contracting, with a specialized focus on Other Transaction Authority (OTA) vehicles, Department of Energy Federal Energy Management Program and Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives.
Our core mission is to drive the rapid deployment of groundbreaking technologies, products, processes, and services to the U.S. Warfighter. At the heart of our approach lies the strategic utilization of OTAs, a trailblazing form of government contracting designed to accelerate research initiatives and prototype innovation. In stark contrast to traditional FAR-based contracts, OTAs empower the government to harness emerging technology opportunities while leveraging adaptable processes that mitigate risk.
McIntosh Technologies Consulting takes pride in our role as a catalyst for change, helping both industry and government entities meticulously plan, execute, and implement innovative technologies that directly empower the warfighter. Through our active leadership in the technology transition process, we remain steadfast in delivering capabilities that enhance our nation’s defense. Our commitment extends to providing mission-critical technologies at a pace that traditional contracting methods simply cannot match.
With a proven track record of fostering growth, we combine transferable knowledge with inventive tools and processes, unlocking the ability to cultivate organic revenue. Our extensive experience spans collaborations with the Department of Defense, US Forces Abroad, and the Intelligence Community.
Our familiarity with OTAs pave the way for opportunities across the spectrum, catering to both small and large businesses. We have successfully worked with esteemed entities like the Office of the Secretary of Defense Innovation Unit, Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy, U.S. Department of Energy (DoE), Department of the Navy Science and Technology, and Broad Agency Announcements.
Welcome to the future of NTC, where tradition meets transformation, and innovation flourishes. Discover how we are reshaping government contracting, enabling swift advancements, and driving a new era of excellence in service to our nation.
